Redesign of a SaaS app whose goal is to assist carrier companies to transport large cargo by connecting them to available truck drivers.

The main challenge faced in this project was to find a way to enhance the overall User's Experience as fast as possible for both interfaces, Carriers and Truck Driver fronts.

Among the issues reported by the users and the development and support teams in relation to the performance of the app, the most recurrent ones were: polluted user interface; lack of focus on the main features of the app; problems with the onboarding of new users; low retention and adoption rates caused by the low task success rates; Overloaded support team.

Given the context of the company and the sense of urgency, I opted to redesign the interfaces as a whole and prioritized solving the biggest concerns related to the user's experience, like the onboarding and main tasks success rates.

Implementing a minimalist approach to the interface helped the users have a more clear and task orientated journey inside the app. Also, after careful benchmark research, most features were redesigned to fit patterns that the user had prior familiarity with, such as delivery, travel and other transportation services related apps.
